After you have installed Unreal Engine, you already have access to lots of official learning material provided by Epic Games. You can find them in Epic Launcher, that you usually use to launch UE Editor. Click Unreal Engine on the menu at left, and then click Learn tab.

There are links to UE Documentation, video tutorials, community wiki, several quick starts aimed to different roles, and lots of other material.
